RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Hellomida Singapore products are not allowed for exchange, only for return - refund for the following reasons:
- Customers are NOT SATISFIED with the product;
- The customer has paid but did not receive the product;
- The product was delivered with the wrong model, wrong size, and wrong color,
- The product is defective from the manufacturer and damaged during transportation.
- The products and goods received by the Customer are markedly different from the information fashionmida-my.com provided in the product description;
- The customer requests to return the goods, and reports the error no later than two (02) days from the date of receipt of the goods;
- Products and goods have no signs of being used, with the manufacturer's original packaging intact, full accessories, stamps, ... with accompanying gifts (if any).
2. Hellomida Singapore does not agree to return goods in the following cases:
- The product has no labels or tags attached to the product
- The box and packaging that came with the product are not intact or lost
- Accessories or gifts that came with the product are damaged or lost
- The product has been used or is not 100% intact (scratched, torn, dirty, or has been washed, bleached, ..)
- The product has been repaired (up, squeeze, scratch, change buttons, ...)
3. Time and regulations on return - refund:
- For the reason of Returning for Dissatisfaction, please notify Hellomida Singapore with product photos within 48 hours from the time of receipt of goods.
- In case of wrong product delivery or defective products, please send pictures/videos of defective products to Hellomida Singapore within 48 hours of successful receipt of the goods.
- To ensure the interests of customers and Hellomida Singapore has the basis to work with relevant departments, all your return requests need to provide pictures/videos of defective products. Hellomida Singapore would like to refuse to support you when it has not received enough image/video information from you.
- This return policy does not apply to products and goods that are free of exchange, return or refund that have been announced on fashionmida-my.com.
- Hellomida Singapore is not responsible for refunding in case customers buy the wrong products and goods on hellomida-sg.com.
- In case you are not satisfied with the product or product, or the goods are damaged due to transportation: within 48 hours after the Customer receives the goods.
- In case the Customer does not receive the goods: within 48 hours after receiving the notification that the order has been successfully delivered to the Customer.
- In case of force majeure, both parties will negotiate by themselves.
4. Refund method and transaction processing fee
- Hellomida Singapore regrets that the shipping costs from overseas to the buyer's address will not be refunded in the case of a Return - Refund
- In case the goods meet the conditions of return - refund, Hellomida Singapore will support you to return the product and do not collect any additional costs.
Return and refund process:
- Customers send pictures/videos of defective products with the Order number to email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Fan page: Hellomida-SG
- Hellomida Singapore generates an order to return the defective product after the return request is confirmed
- After 1-2 days after receiving the returned item, Hellomida Singapore will notify the result of your return complaint. If the refund claim is valid, Hellomida Singapore will refund the money to the bank account or e-wallet you used when making the payment.

In case you have not received the money, you can contact the bank to check the refund transaction.
